This new addition has created 13 new job opportunities, contributing to the local economy.
Special Offers and Discounts to Attract Customers
To celebrate the grand opening, Aldi is offering special promotions and discounts to its customers. The store features around 400 fresh items, including fruit, vegetables, meat, and fish, spread across its two floors. The “El Bazar de ALDI” area will offer weekly changing deals on decoration, household, and DIY products, updated every Wednesday and Saturday. This innovative approach is expected to attract a large customer base, both locals and tourists alike.
Supporting Local Producers and Products
The new Aldi branch in El Arenal is committed to supporting local producers and offering a range of Mallorcan products. The store will feature wines from local wineries, such as Pere Seda and Macià Batle, as well as products with the protected designation of origin from Binissalem. Approximately 20 local producers will supply around 50 products from the Balearic Islands, ensuring that customers can enjoy the best of the region’s cuisine. Notably, 9 out of 10 products come from Aldi’s own brands, and 8 out of 10 products have national origins.
